We want you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us. We try our best to get your order out quickly. If any problems should arrive either with ordering, during shipping, or after your order arrives please contact us so we can get things sorted out? We personally make and ship everything we sell, and sometimes we make a mistake, or things get lost in transit. The quicker you contact us the quicker we can make things right.
RETURNS
You may return all items purchased at The Rams Horn within 30 days of the original delivery for a full refund. The Rams Horn must be contacted prior to any returns. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. We may also chose to send a replacement free of all cost to the Buyer without returning the original merchandise . The Rams Horn reserves the right to chose if the item is to be returned first.. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
The following items may not be returned:
Items damaged due to Buyer abuse or neglect
Reterns after 30 days from recieving merchandise
